Williams Martinez was born in 1982r. In 2001 he graduated at Escuela Profesional de Arte Samuel Feijoo in Santa Clara. Then he became a soloist and choreographer in the in Conjunto Folklorico Nacional de Cuba.
Since 2013 he lives in Bracelona, where he teaches tradicional Cuban dances. Recently, he gave classes at the Festival de Guaguanco in Barcelona.
